The famous bistro that you will find in Paris is the Chez Dumonet – Josephine. This is a national monument for the Parisian; this is the representation of how the old cafes are in Paris. They have here the authentic French food and also have the best and its interiors which of from the 1930s. Its specialty here is the boeuf bourguignon, foie gras and the dessert millefeuille. This café is located at the Rue du Cherche-Midi. They are only open during weekdays, Mondays to Fridays and closes on Saturdays and Sundays.
